Cancellations
Essential Beauty requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  Same day cancellations will be charged a CHF 25 fee.  No shows are considered a service rendered and charged as such.

Retail Products
Due to the nature of the products, for health and sanitation reasons, Special Skin Care is unable to credit or refund these items.  A complimentary consultation is offered to assure desired results.

Payment
Beauty Society accepts only cash.

Consultation
We provide complimentary consultations.

Scheduling
By appointment only .

Arrival
On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so there is time to complete a client information form.

Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy the time Beauty Society has reserved for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time.  This does not change the amount owed for the service.  In order to be fair to others, your treatment must end on time so that other client sessions can begin on time.

Refusal of Service
